Ffion joined Burgess Mee in September 2023, having previously worked in the family team at a large West End law firm for five years. Ffion was promoted to Legal Director in October 2024.
Ffion advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and the resolution of financial matters upon separation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements, variation and enforcement applications and all matters relating to children including issues about education, relocation and abduction.
Ffion’s varied caseload ranges from the straightforward to the more complex financial matters with high value, cross-jurisdictional issues, and complex pension matters. She has experience advising clients from a variety of backgrounds including those of a high-profile nature. Having acted for people in politics and the public eye Ffion is experienced in dealing with issues around confidentiality and publicity and practices with a keen eye on reputation management.
Ffion is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients. She is focused on providing pragmatic, solutions-based advice and is committed to promoting resolutions out of court where appropriate. She has experience guiding clients through arbitration to achieve swifter outcomes, more tailored to the specific needs of the parties. She is a Resolution trained family mediator and a member of the Family Mediation Council. Ffion enjoys co-mediating with her mediator colleagues at Burgess Mee.
Ffion is 'Resolution Together' trained, working with clients as their shared lawyer, helping them to resolve their children and financial matters amicably and commercially upon separation.

Advising grandparents on their application for their grandchildren to live with them.
Acted for the husband in successfully preventing the mother’s planned relocation with the child within England and securing the child’s placement at their preferred school.
