Jonathan joined Burgess Mee in 2022 as the firm’s Practice Director.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2017, he turned his hand to the management of a boutique litigation firm in the city. Jonathan brings with him broad experience in the operation, strategy and development of boutique law firms. His previous projects include the modernisation of a comprehensive reward and benefits package, the design of and move to modern office space and various procedural changes to enhance efficiency.

Jonathan holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development intermediate diploma in Human Resources Management and works closely with the managing partnership team on recruitment, people, marketing, finance and assists the operations manager with the running of the firm.
