Sarah joined Burgess Mee in February 2021, having previously worked for three years at a Legal 500 firm in the City. Sarah completed her training at Bindmans LLP.
Sarah deals with all aspects of family law cases, which includes complex and high net worth financial disputes arising out of divorce, often involving international assets. Sarah has notable experience in dealing with financial cases which involve niche pension issues and disputes surrounding ownership of property. She also has experience in enforcing financial orders and regularly advises on high conflict cases relating to disputes surrounding children, including international and domestic relocations. Sarah has particular experience in cases which involve concepts of parental alienation and intransigence.
